Body Image Issues

 

No question that there is a body image problem among gay men.  Fueled by watching too much porn that features perfect guys, we get an image of what an attractive guy is, and we can't shake it.

When I am somewhat overweight, I can't stand it.  However, when I see it on other guys it's usually no big deal.   In fact, I'd prefer to be with a guy who isn't perfect.  I don't feel an inferiority complex.  And, the reality is that the best sex is usually not with the hottest guys.  My experience.

My bf has gained some weight this year and now he's really upset.  It hasn't come off so easily.  While it's a big deal to him, I really don't care.  I still think he looks good.
