Spin Bike

 

One thing that's really helped me with cardio is a spin bike.  I did a Peloton hack for $500 instead of dropping $2000.   It's a good workout.   I'm holding my heart rate in the 130's and at the end of 25 minutes I come off the bike soaked.   About 225 calories according to Apple Fitness.

My bf says "How can you stand it?   So boring."

While riding I watch a show or listen to a podcast.  That's keeping me entertained.  Another good thing about the bike is that it's nearly impossible to get injured.  I might finish a run with some pains, but not with the spin bike. 

I have a good mix.   Spin bike.  Outdoor bike.  Running.  Walking or walking with 20 lb weighted vest.
