I just completed the first day of intermittent fasting. I'm on the 11am to 7pm eating schedule. I've never done this before. I'll give it a try and see if it works. I am going to skew towards keto as well.
Thanksgiving is coming up in just over three weeks. I'll have a break for the holiday, so let's see how much progress I can make before then.
It's not like I need to lose a huge amount of weight -- just 5kg.
Certainly I feel thinner at 10:59am!

well done! I am glad you took my advice in doing IF. By far, for me it is the most effective fat loss method.
ReplyDeleteOf course, provided with good workout training, correct nutrition uptake and adequate sleeping hours.
Be sure to constantly replenish yourself with liquid like water or tea.
IF is not about eating less; it is about eating at right timing.
Third day.....I feel like it's working. Too early to tell yet, but this is my feeling.
