It's important that we celebrate our successes....even for minor things. One success I've had is with my running. I'm running 5k at least twice a week, and now I'm able to run completely through. I have a good running route. A long way from where I was a few months ago.
I have friends that run, at my agee and with my limitations, I walk, semi fast pace. Anything to get the heart beat up is good for sure..
