Progress

 

I'm really making some noticeable progress.  Lifting heavier.  My 3 mile run is easier, less walking breaks.  Looking leaner in the mirror.  Scale coming down only about 2 kg, but that's ok.

This is what happens when you have life balance.  Not working long hours.  No stress.  You have time for exercise and eating well.
