I was out for walk last evening and ran across two guys running shirtless. Shirtless, but not in speedos 😞 Both quite muscular and glistening with sweat.
Everyone is different, but I find running combined with weight lifting helps build muscle n reduce fat,,, though one has to keep on doing it...and eat less carbs...😁.
Throw on some EarPods n play some music to help motivate or get an exercise buddy. Good luck! Six pack abs, six pack abs! Ha
